The KonKret Lombok is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Revenue Coordinator.
If you have a proven track record in hotel sales, a strong network within Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and solid expertise in revenue management, we encourage you to apply.
Key Requirements and Qualifications:
Strategically manage and optimize the hotel’s presence, performance, and rate parity across all Online Travel Agencies.
Develop and maintain an extensive network and strong professional relationships with key OTAs and online distribution channels.
Implement and manage rate, inventory, and promotion mapping in strict accordance with the hotel’s Revenue Management policies and strategies.
Actively manage relationships and sales with offline travel agencies and wholesale partners.
Prepare accurate sales reports, conduct market analysis, and provide insights to the General Manager.
Work closely with the Reservations and Marketing teams to ensure alignment in pricing and promotional strategies.
Essential Requirements:
A minimum of two years of verifiable experience in Sales or Revenue roles within a four- or five-star hotel environment.
Proven ability to manage and maintain strong working relationships with OTAs such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and others.
Demonstrated expertise in rate and inventory mapping across multiple distribution channels based on a structured Revenue Management policy.
An established network and strong working relationships with local and regional travel agencies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems and Channel Managers.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
General Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and perform under pressure to meet targets.
Willingness to relocate to and work in Lombok.
