Position:
Resort Operational Manager
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a hotel, with a minimum of 2–4 years in a similar position and setting.
Strong understanding of PMS and POS systems.
Ability to build good relationships with staff, guests, and corporate partners.
Strong spoken and written English skills.
Strong drive to develop Rooms, F&B, and MICE business.
Experience in events, banqueting, or MICE operations.
Ability to support MICE sales through operations, coordination, and client interaction.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
Honest, reliable, with a strong leadership presence.
Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules.
