Resort Manager
Requirements:
Indonesian citizen with overseas work experience.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience at a managerial level within an international hotel chain.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position at a luxury resort.
Proven track record in managing guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance operations.
Hands-on leadership with experience in implementing and maintaining brand standards, SOPs, and quality control measures.
Quality-oriented individual with a can-do attitude and persistence in follow-up.
Excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Working under or closely with the Cluster General Manager, with the ability to support executive-level strategy and decision-making.
Acting as the resort’s ambassador on the floor, engaging with guests and handling VIPs and service recovery situations.
Implementing overall SOP concepts and standard procedures across all departments.
Ensuring full compliance with local regulations, safety, and hygiene standards in line with luxury brand expectations.
