Project Manager – Construction (Hospitality Projects)

📍 Lombok, Indonesia

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end hospitality construction projects — including villas, resorts, F&B concepts, and wellness facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, cost control, and procurement coordination

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and supervise contractors, consultants, and site engineers

• Ensure compliance with architectural specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards

• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management

• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies

• Work closely with Design, MEP, QS, Procurement, and Operations teams

• Ensure timely delivery aligned with brand identity and aesthetic standards

• Troubleshoot and improvise based on site conditions to keep deliverables on track

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

• Fluency in English is a must; Japanese language proficiency is a strong advantage

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, ideally within hospitality projects

• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs; 

• Familiarity with BIM and Parametric Design is a plus

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in project management tools and reporting systems

• Availability to join immediately is preferred
