About the role

We are seeking an Operational Manager to join our dynamic team at PT LABELLA TRAWANGAN, one of a leading hospitality company in Gili Trawangan, West Nusa Tenggara. As our Operational Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the daily operations of our company, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving continuous improvement across our business.

What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee all operational aspects of our hospitality business, including front desk, housekeeping and maintenance.

Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.

Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Collaborate with department heads to coordinate operations, resolve issues, and foster a cohesive and collaborative work environment

Ensure compliance with all relevant hospitality industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management

Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making process, offering insights and recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an operational management role within the hospitality industry

Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.

(Food and Beverage Knowledge is a PLUS).

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making on the spot to help ensure everything run well.

Exceptional leadership and people management abilities to create a high-performing teams.

Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
