Operational Manager
Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance. This role includes managing staff, monitoring budgets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction across departments such as front office and housekeeping, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Report all operational matters to the owner or director
Manage housekeeping, engineering, security, and inventory teams
Manage and control budgets
Train, motivate, and manage staff
Prepare financial reports and understand budgeting and financial reporting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
