Position: Nursing Trainer
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer or Instructor
Possess valid TOT Certificate, Basic K3, and active ACLS/BLS
Able to develop and deliver training materials (clinical and non-clinical)
Communicative, professional, and able to work effectively in a team
Proficient in English is preferred
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver nursing training programs in accordance with company standards and clinical regulations
Conduct onboarding, refresher, and competency-based training for nursing staff
Prepare training materials, modules, assessments, and evaluation tools
Ensure training content aligns with current clinical guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
Assess participants’ competencies and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
Collaborate with clinical leaders, HR, and management to identify training needs
Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and competency documentation
Stay updated on nursing best practices, healthcare regulations, and training methodologies
Support continuous professional development initiatives for nursing staff
