About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Marketing Performance Analyst to join our team at Sikara Lombok Hotel, a leading hotel in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This is a contract position that will play a critical role in driving the hotel's marketing strategy and optimising campaign performance.

What you'll be doing

Analyse marketing campaign data to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement

Track and report on key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs and return on investment

Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time performance data

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise digital marketing campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness

Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through data-driven decision making

Support the development and execution of the hotel's content marketing strategy

Provide recommendations to improve marketing strategies and tactics based on data analysis

What we're looking for

Experience in a marketing analytics or digital marketing role, preferably within the hospitality industry

Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SQL and data visualization software

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders

A curious and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends and uncover hidden opportunities

Familiarity with hotel marketing strategies and customer behavior within the hospitality sector

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
