We’re Hiring: Construction Project Manager — Lombok
The Sanctuary Jazba is building one of Southeast Asia’s most visionary luxury wellness destinations — a blend of elemental architecture, nature integration, and spiritual design.
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the complete execution of Luma Villas by The Sanctuary (21 hillside villas) and the finishing phase of The Sanctuary Jazba wellness retreat.
Key Responsibilities
Full project execution: structure → finishing
Contractor & supplier management
Quality standards for luxury hospitality
Timeline, budget, resource planning
Full MEP coordination
Weekly reporting to CEO
Procurement strategy
Sustainability guidelines
Candidate Profile
5+ years in high-end construction
Experience with villas/hotels
Strong MEP knowledge
International profile (Spanish preferred)
Experience in Indonesia is a plus
Proven leadership
