About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to lead all content production across our social media channels. You will be responsible for capturing, editing, and publishing high-quality photo and video content that reflects our projects, properties, and brand identity. This includes both daily social media content and investor-facing materials.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-moving world of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and knows how to create content that performs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow Rimba Ventures’ social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

Capture photo and video content across our developments, common areas, events, and surroundings.

Edit content (short-form videos, reels, lifestyle clips, project updates).

Design social posts and visual materials using Canva — including investor updates, progress summaries, and marketing assets.

Plan weekly content calendars and ensure consistent posting across platforms.

Create storytelling-focused content that highlights our projects, lifestyle, and brand values.

Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to understand content needs and upcoming milestones.

Track performance (engagement, views, reach) and adjust strategy for growth.

Requirements

Proven experience as a content creator, videographer, or social media specialist.

Strong photography & videography skills.

Strong video editing skills (mobile or desktop).

Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and ideally YouTube.

Ability to design visuals and layouts using Canva.

You own your own professional camera equipment (camera, lenses, drone is a plus).

Creative eye, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver content fast.

Comfortable working on-site across our Lombok developments.
