General Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position at a 4 or 5-star hotel
Experience in pre-opening properties; background in a lifestyle hotel is an advantage
Minimum educational background of Diploma II for the Chief Engineering position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Fluent in English
