We are looking for an in-house Social Media Manager to join our team on Gili Air and manage the digital presence of our three hospitality brands:

Sands Beach Club

Mama Pizza Restaurant

Damonte Gelato

This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who lives on (or is willing to relocate to) Gili Air and enjoys being close to people, food, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow our Instagram and TikTok accounts

Create original photo and video content (Reels, Stories, short videos)

Capture daily life in our venues: food, staff, guests, atmosphere

Edit and publish engaging, on-brand content consistently

Interact with guests on-site and online (DMs, story replies, comments)

Support simple customer communication through social media

Coordinate with management to align content with events, promotions, and brand identity

What We’re Looking For

Strong visual eye

Creative mindset with a natural feel for Reels & TikTok trends

Comfortable using a smartphone and basic editing apps

Confident interacting with guests and team members

Reliable, organized, and self-motivated

Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or F&B content is a plus

Must be based in Gili Air (or willing to relocate)
