Qualifications
Previous experience in hotel reception or front office is a must (Minimum 2 years experience).
Good understanding of spoken and written English.
Honest, reliable and trustworthy.
Hands-on and willing to assist in all operational matters.
Desire to build relationship with guest and corporate guest.
Friendly, well-groomed, and guest-oriented.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Able to cooperate in a team based environment.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
