🚧 WE’RE HIRING: Head of Project Delivery & Construction

📍 Lombok | Property & Hospitality Development (Foreign-Owned Group)

Our client is a foreign multi-entity property developer focusing on large-scale hospitality projects across Lombok & Sumbawa. We are looking for a strong leader to drive end-to-end construction delivery across multi-site developments.

🔑 Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields

- Professional certifications (IPM, PMP, SMK3, etc.) are a plus

- 10+ years in construction management, project delivery, or engineering leadership

- Experience representing a developer on multi-phase / multi-site projects

- Strong technical grounding: Civil, Structural, Architectural, or MEP

- Proven capability in contractor management, quality control, compliance, HSE & risk handling

- Strong communication, disciplined reporting, and ability to work across multiple sites

- Fluent English for reporting to foreign senior management
