Head Barista

ABOUT US

We are a high-energy, community-focused beer garden and restaurant located in the heart of Kuta, Lombok. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Head Barista to support our daily operations and uphold our coffee standards.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in a specialty coffee or café environment, with strong knowledge of espresso extraction, including dose, yield, grind size, extraction time, and calibration. This role requires advanced hands-on experience with espresso machine and grinder maintenance, including deep cleaning and routine servicing. Experience in preparing juices and smoothies is also required.

Applicants should be proficient in using POS systems and have experience with supplier ordering and receiving, inventory management, staff scheduling, and basic maintenance oversight. Strong leadership skills are essential, including the ability to train, supervise, and lead a team effectively.
