Guest Relation Officer (GRO)
Requirements:
Female.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree; a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
Previous experience 1-2 years in guest relations, front desk, or customer service roles in hospitality or F&B is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
