Guest Relation Officer (GRO)
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree; a background in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in guest relations, front desk, or customer service roles in hospitality or F&B.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
