Qualifications:
Male
Minimum 2 year experience in Front Office / Reception
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Professional appearance and grooming
Customer-service oriented
Able to handle guest inquiries with confidence
Basic knowledge of hotel operations and FO procedures
Familiar with Front Office system/software
Able to work shifts (day/night) including weekends & holidays
Positive attitude, disciplined, and reliable
