Role Description

As a Front Desk Staff member, you will manage day-to-day reception and customer service tasks, acting as the first point of contact for guests. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, checking in and checking out guests, managing reservations, and assisting customers with inquiries. You will maintain a welcoming environment while handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in GiliFit, Gili Trawangan - Lombok.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills to assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

Basic computer skills for handling reservations, payments, and daily administrative tasks

Previous experience in hospitality or fitness industries is a plus, but not mandatory

Must be able to communicate in English

Flexible and adaptable personality, able to work well in a fast-paced environment

Willing to relocate to Gili Trawangan
