Food & Beverage Manager
Requirements:
Expat or Indonesian national with overseas work experience.
Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in a luxury resort with multiple outlets.
Sharp with numbers and thirsty to drive revenues to the max with a solid booking & upselling strategy.
Excellent in motivation and training to bring the team to a top-level on service quality and sales.
Hands-on leadership with high emotional intelligence and problem-solving capability.
Quality-oriented person with can-do attitude and persistent in following up
Adaptable, resilient, and able to perform under pressure
Experience in implementing and maintaining brand standards, SOPs, and quality control measures.
Responsibilities:
Running the resort's beach club, main restaurant, secret sushi bar and main pool area with total capacity of 400 pax.
Maintain consistency in service quality and luxury standards across all outlets.
Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and satisfaction scores; implement improvements.
Drive revenue through menu engineering, upselling strategies, promotions, and special events.
Conduct performance reviews, constant training, and succession planning.
Implement SOPs and continuously refine workflows for efficiency and excellence.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
