General Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position at a 4 or 5 star hotel
Experience with pre-opening properties, especially lifestyle hotels, is an advantage
Minimum Diploma II education for the Chief Engineering position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Fluent in English
