Coordinating the implementation of Customer Focus & Costumer Events
Become a role model & change agent in branches related to the service mindset and implement Aqucare
Support and follow up on the results of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) & Customer Loyalty Index (CLI)
Job Qualifications
Bachelor Degree of All Major
Experienced at least 1 year in areas that directly interact with customer
Able to analyze customer satisfaction
Communicative & good looking
High initiatives & customer oriented
