COST CONTROL

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Cost Control, preferably in restaurants or hotels.
Strong understanding of food cost, beverage cost, and inventory control.
Proficient in COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) calculation and variance analysis.
Able to conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock opname.
Able to read and analyze recipe costing and menu engineering.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and basic formulas.
Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and well organized.
Honest, responsible, and demonstrates high integrity.
Possesses good communication skills.
