Tampah Hills was founded with a vision to create a sustainable hub for dreamers and entrepreneurs on the hills overlooking Tampah Bay, South Lombok. Today, we are a fast-growing villa resort destination featuring uniquely designed, architecturally stunning villas and a sports center.

We are proud to announce that we are currently seeking enthusiastic candidates for the following position:
Community Manager
(Owner Representative)

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, real estate management, guest relations, or a similar role.
Experience working in a luxury property or villa environment is a strong advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Strong analytical skills, including experience in reporting and financial interpretation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and property management systems.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage relationships with various stakeholders.
Well-presented, articulate, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Indonesian citizens only.
