Tampah Hills began with a vision to create a sustainable hub for dreamers and entrepreneurs on the hills overlooking Tampah Bay, South Lombok. Today, we are a fast-growing villa resort destination featuring uniquely designed, architecturally stunning villas and a sports center.
We are proud to announce that we are currently seeking enthusiastic candidates for the following position:
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Key Responsibilities
Lead group-wide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
Oversee the implementation and ongoing operation of the Odoo ERP system across the organization
Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting for internal stakeholders and the Swedish board
Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations
Manage audits, risk management, and corporate governance processes
Optimize financial systems and workflows across the group
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
Play an active role in shaping the company’s future as a member of the executive team
Who You Are
Proven experience as a senior financial leader in a medium to large-scale organization, preferably in scaling companies or sectors such as hospitality, property development, or construction
Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting, and financial operations in Indonesia
Experience with ERP systems, with Odoo experience considered an advantage
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on leadership style
Willing and able to relocate full-time to Lombok, Indonesia
Experience in real estate construction or hospitality is an advantage but not required
