Activities Coordinator
We are looking for a dynamic and well organized individual to manage and enhance our activity offerings, including surf, yoga, workshops, excursions, and special events. This role combines guest relations, supplier coordination, and creative development to deliver memorable experiences that align with Porter’s values.
Main Responsibilities
Manage guest relations and sales by providing recommendations, upselling activities, and supporting guests throughout their stay.
Coordinate with suppliers and instructors, including surf and yoga teachers, excursion providers, drivers, and external partners.
Support the planning and execution of retreats.
Develop new activities and guest experiences.
Maintain a flexible on site schedule based on operational needs.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a similar role or strong motivation to learn.
Good level of English.
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a guest oriented mindset.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
