We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Loka Cafe. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and communicates confidently with guests and the team.

Must Have:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

Ability to communicate in English

Knowledge of basic food and beverage service

Positive attitude, honest, responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to handle guest questions and issues politely

Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment

Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
