Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, adaptive, and youthful Social Media Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for managing all brand social media accounts, building engagement with the audience, and creating content strategies that are engaging and trend-driven.
Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
Write creative captions that align with the brand tone.
Collaborate with the design and video teams to ensure high-quality visual content.
Analyze content performance regularly and provide insights to improve engagement.
Stay updated with social media trends and implement them into content strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in social media management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
Excellent copywriting skills tailored to the target audience.
Creative, fast learner, and able to work both independently and in a team.
Willing to work from the office (WFO).
Willing to work under a contract-based agreement.
Bonus points if you can edit light content (using Canva/CapCut) and are familiar with tools such as Meta Business Suite.
