We're Hiring: Property Manager

Job Description

Oversee daily hostel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, bar, and events, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Supervise bar activities to maintain quality service and proper stock control. Organize and promote parties, events, and themed nights to keep the atmosphere lively and engaging. Handle guest relations to ensure every traveler enjoys a memorable stay, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and property maintenance.

Requirements

Proven bar management experience; able to run and energize a lively bar scene.

Outgoing, social, and confident; the life of the party who connects easily with guests and staff.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience managing staff and hostel operations.

Good understanding of hospitality, nightlife, and the backpacker crowd.

Fluent in English and comfortable working nights and weekends. Maximum age 35.
