Job Description

We are looking for Office & Stock Administrator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. The ideal candidate will handle both office administration and stock management tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and good communication across departments.



Responsibilities

- Manage and update office administration and inventory records accurately

- Handle stock control, including incoming and outgoing items

- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding stock levels and purchasing

- Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and Word

- Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow

- Take initiative in problem-solving and process improvement



Requirements:

- Male or female

- Fluent in English (spoken and written) — this is mandatory

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently

- Experienced in stock management or inventory control is an advantage
