Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP supervision (experience in hospitality projects is a plus)
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and construction standards
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other MEP-related software is an advantage
