MEP HVAC STAFF
As an MEP HVAC Staff, you are responsible for maintaining the villa's mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure guest comfort and smooth daily operations.
You handle preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs with precision and care, supporting the property's high hospitality standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine Inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems.
Support electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks as assigned.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Monitor and record system performance, ensuring energy efficiency and safety.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and good condition.
Work closely with the Engineering team to execute preventive maintenance schedules.
Adhere to safety and operational standards, and work in shifts as required.
