Role Responsibility:

 

To maintain the reliability, safety, and efficiency of mechanical of the Electro Refinery Facilities system including associated infrastructure and equipment of the Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island in Indonesia in order to maximise uptime of the plant and machinery

To monitor the deployment and productivity of the outsourced maintenance team under jurisdiction for mechanical maintenance in compliance with all statutory, health, safety and environment norms.

To ensure mechanical engineering and operations functions by providing predictive maintenance schedules  and  condition-based monitoring in order to maximise uptime of the Electro Refinery at the Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island in Indonesia and improve its sustainability

Requirement: 

• Graduate Engineer in Mechanical Engineering or higher in a relevant equivalent field, along with relevant certifications or specialized training

• 7-12 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in Electrolytic Refinery, Acid Pump, Hydraulic system, Anode preparation machine, cathode preparation machine, EOT crane, Acid tank & Vessel of Copper smelter refinery or relevant experience in large scale chemical process plants 

• Understanding of process / hot metal plant maintenance and reliability

• Equipment and system expertise

• Design and engineering have context menu
