Requirements:
Fluent in Indonesian and English
Experience in customer service
Comfortable managing and guiding a team
Detail-oriented and consistent in daily operations
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Able to maintain standards for cleanliness, service, and atmosphere
Confident in speaking with guests and handling feedback gracefully
Able to train and motivate staff to deliver warm and thoughtful service
Basic understanding of inventory and ordering, or willing to learn quickly
What You Will Do:
Lead daily spa operations with a calm and organized approach
Ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for
Support therapists and the reception team to perform at their best
Maintain product stock and treatment room standards
Communicate with management for improvements and daily updates
