Legal Officer / Legal Associate (Hospitality Development)
Location: Kuta, Lombok Tengah
Industry: Property Development and Villa Management
Sereno Paradise Development is looking for a Legal Officer / Legal Associate (Hospitality Development) to join our growing team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Law (S1 Hukum)
Minimum 2 years of experience in legal roles for property or hospitality (villa/resort) projects
Experience coordinating with notaries and external legal consultants
Prior experience at a law firm or notary office is preferred
Capable of drafting and reviewing SPA, lease agreements, and villa management contracts (English and Indonesian)
Active English communication skills, including communication with foreign property buyers
Strong understanding of property transactions and legal documentation
Facilities:
