Position:
Group & Events Coordinator
Requirements:
Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination, group sales, or hotel operations (hospitality experience preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
Handle all group and event inquiries from initial contact through to post-event follow-up.
Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and event orders.
Coordinate all logistical aspects for events and groups.
Maintain clear communication with clients to confirm details, budgets, and expectations.
Collaborate closely with sales, food & beverage, operations, and front office teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Manage event timelines, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Provide professional and timely responses to all client inquiries and requests.
Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly and diplomatically.
Act as the main point of contact during events, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any last-minute needs or adjustments.
