QUALIFICATION FOR:
FRONT OFFICE POSITION
Qualifications:
Male or Female
Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office / Reception / Guest Service
Excellent communication skills in English Verbal and Written (additional languages are a plus)
Strong interpersonal skills, energetic, and positive attitude
Able to work shifts and adapt to operational needs
Familiar with PMS / hotel systems, Microsoft Office, Email
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests upon arrival
Handle check-in/check-out processes
Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest comfort
Maintain professional service standards at all times
