Position:
Communication Coordinator
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications or English Language
2–3 years of experience in communications or public relations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail
Creative, proactive, and resourceful
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain communication guidelines and templates for each department
Ensure all guest-facing communications are accurate, professional, consistent, and aligned with the resort’s brand standards and guest experience goals
Conduct regular reviews of departmental messaging to identify inconsistencies or areas for improvement
Track communication response times, quality, and guest satisfaction related to messaging
Verify that all shared information (rates, promotions, timings, policies, etc.) is current and accurate
Train team members on proper digital communication etiquette, tone, and approved templates
Support teams in crafting personalized responses to guest inquiries or complaints
Maintain communication archives, databases, and contact lists
