Area Sales Lead (Mataram)
Job Description
Responsible for Sales Agent (SA), Merchant Development Officer (MDO), and Trainer recruitment.
Responsible for coordination, location management, policy implementation, inspection, supervision, and system execution across various regions.
Investigate and monitor daily orders from partner stores, analyze and summarize data, and report any irregularities.
Conduct training and supervision for Sales Agents and training stores in each cooperative store.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Area or District Sales Manager in a relevant industry.
Strong management background, with understanding of Sales Agent operations and outsourcing company resources.
Ability to quickly grasp comprehensive knowledge related to the company’s business.
Fluent in English is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree.
