Requirements:
Preferably minimum Bachelor's degree
Understand and have an interest in the beauty industry
Experienced in community handling and/or event creation
Job Description:
Assist Demand Creation Lead
Plan the development of Beauty Promotors to enhance their skills in promotional activities
Maintain relationships with stakeholders (KOL, MUA, organizations, local government)
Conduct in-store and outstore activities in collaboration with the Activation team
Plan and execute promotional activities with Beauty Promotors
