Job Description

About This Role

You will be responsible for service execution and on-call duties for Crane Service, along with other assigned tasks. You will report to the Service Manager and Field Supervisor. We recognize that people come from diverse backgrounds and skill sets, and we welcome all to apply.

Main Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance of crane products

Conduct troubleshooting of crane products

Carry out on-call duties for crane services

Submit complete service reports and recommendations to the Field Supervisor within two days after job completion, and report to the supervisor upon completion

Implement work safety regulations such as safe driving, working at height, job safety analysis, and adherence to 5S principles

Assist the Field Supervisor in field job execution and workshop activities

Perform service work according to technical instructions in repair and service agreements, ensuring full customer approval

Maintain and operate service vehicles using the fleet management system

Maintain tools, personal protective equipment, and service vehicles

Ensure productivity and control expenses

Attend service and safety training periodically

Carry out any other responsibilities as directed by the manager

Sign service reports

Provide technical recommendations

Maintain awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards

Qualifications

You Have

Diploma III or Vocational School background in Electrical Engineering or a related field

Minimum of three years of experience in a related role

Ability to work at height and collaborate within a team

Excellent health condition

Valid driving license (SIM A)

Willingness to be placed in Maluk, West Nusa Tenggara, or assigned to projects across Indonesia
