ESSENTIAL DUTIES, included but not limited to:

The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.

Health, Safety, Environment, Community, and Quality

Comply with all pertaining environmental laws and regulations in Indonesia.

Comply with all laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia on Occupational Health, Safety and Mine as well as those required under the Regulation of the Ministry of Mines and Energy No. 26 of 2018 and Decree of Ministry of Mines and Energy No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018.

Comply with all SHLP, Environment and Social Responsibility requirements under PTAMNT Management System, PTAMNT vision, mission, and values.

Implement and comply with all company's environmental policies and procedures including but not limited to waste management, water management, energy conservation, biodiversity conservation, environmental incidents handling and reporting.

Implement and comply with all company's policies and procedures on mine's occupational health and safety.

Production/Technical/Projects

Maintain equipment information (manuals, parts manuals, drawings, data and operating statistics) and collect operating equipment temperature readings.

Raise and close work orders, identify, order and inspect parts and equipment orders, pick up and deliver parts.

Operate light vehicle as required following PTAMNT procedures.

Research work requirements, create work schedules and inspect problem parts and equipment.

Schedule internal and external (to AMM) repairs, and trace parts and equipment repair status.

Record pressure readings and collect operating equipment temperature readings.

Maintain a safe and neat work area and report defects, incidents and unsafe conditions.

Inspects equipment in order to repair or set up preventative maintenance program.

Schedules and coordinates facility, equipment, and utility shutdowns.

Formulates weekly schedule of estimated jobs and assigns to appropriate shops; coordinates with material control on material status.

Schedules maintenance requests for various shops based on manpower.

Reviews and enters work orders into a computer in order to automate the scheduling process.

Reports status of all shutdowns and preventative maintenance to supervisor.

Provides technical direction to employees of shops performing preventative maintenance, and inspects results.

Coordinates weekly scheduling meeting.

Other duties as assigned.

This Position is not eligible for Costing Budgeting.

Build strong expertise in own field, clearly understand own and team objectives/goal, and deliver consistent high performance.

Coach others to undertake the tasks of the Scheduler - Process and perform as the supervisor.

Ask for support and coaching and mentoring to supervisor for the development of workplace knowledge, skills and attitudes.

Communication (Committees, Meeting, and Required Liaising)

Establish and maintain close communication with Supervisor and Peer.

Respond to instructions or enquiries promptly and in accordance with organizational requirements.

Communicate progress of task to supervisor or colleagues as required.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

Education

Senior High School or higher

Experience

Five years of experience in maintenance  fixed plant work; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved

Knowledge

Mechanical or Electrical knowledge and skills of relevant equipment.

Knowledge of  maintenance procedures, computerised maintenance systems.

Knowledge and skills of component identification, recording and serial numbering.

Knowledge of all types of building materials.

Knowledge of electrical, and mechanical

Skills

Ability to read and interpret parts and service manuals.

Skill in prioritizing assignments.

Skill in establishing effective working relationships.

Skill in both verbal and written communication.

Basic computer skills of Windows 95, MS Word, Excel.

Computer skill of SAP  application.

Intermediate written and spoken English language competency
