💼 About the Role
As our Sales Executive – Weddings & Events you’ll be the driving force behind growing our event and wedding business. From building relationships with clients and partners to ensuring every event reflects our resort’s signature charm and service excellence, you’ll make it happen.
This is your chance to represent one of Lombok’s most stunning beachfront resorts, where nature, culture, and creativity come together to create extraordinary experiences.
🚀 What You’ll Do
1. Proactively source, prospect, and close new business for weddings, social events, and travel agents.
2. Build long-lasting relationships with Wedding Organizers (WO), Event Organizers (EO), and corporate clients.
3. Deliver fast, professional responses to all client inquiries via email, phone, or meetings.
4. Meet (and exceed!) your monthly and annual sales targets.
5. Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts confidently.
6. Coordinate closely with internal teams (Banquet, F&B, Culinary, Front Office) to ensure seamless event delivery.
7. Stay ahead of wedding and hospitality trends to bring fresh, creative ideas to clients.
🌟 What We’re Looking For
1. 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Executive in a 4 or 5-star hotel/resort.
2. Proven success in wedding or event sales (experience with destination weddings is a big plus!).
3. Fluent in spoken and written English.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Highly target-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
6. A positive, proactive mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure.
