Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, reservations, or front office
Familiar with sales and booking systems
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
