Guest Experience & Leadership
Greet and seat guests with warmth, ensuring excellent first impressions.
Lead the floor during service — support staff, solve guest issues, and maintain calm under pressure.
Build rapport with guests, especially regulars, ensuring they feel valued and recognized.
Team Training & Coordination
Train and coach FOH staff in service standards, product knowledge, and upselling.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and support onboarding of new team members.
Collaborate with the Chef and Bar Manager to ensure staff understand menu and drink pairings.
Operations & Standards
Create and manage FOH schedules, aligning staff levels with guest demand.
Maintain opening, service, and closing SOPs and ensure daily readiness of the floor.
Oversee reservations, table flow, and end-of-shift reports.
Monitor hygiene, grooming, and responsible service practices.
Communication & Reporting
Liaise with kitchen, bar, and management to maintain smooth service flow.
Report guest feedback, daily income, and team performance to the Operations Manager and BDHM.
