(Restaurant Manager - Kleo Beach Club, Tanjung Aan Beach, Lombok)
PT. Bamboo Lab Architect is a fast-growing architectural firm specializing in innovative bamboo design and construction. Based in Kuta, Lombok, we have set higher industry standards with our in-house bamboo treatment facility and expanded our portfolio from iconic bamboo structures to hospitality ventures. Since completing our first restaurant project, Milky Wave, in 2022, we now proudly operate four restaurants (Milky Wave, Honey Jack, Ramen Otaku, and Padu-Padu) and are developing a beach club, villas, and a boutique hotel in Kuta, Lombok.
As we prepare to open Kleo Beach Club at Tanjung Aan Beach, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience in our newest beachfront destination.
Responsibilities:
▪️Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure seamless service.
▪️Lead, motivate, and train the service team to uphold brand standards.
▪️Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to feedback.
▪️Manage staffing schedules, budgets, and inventory efficiently.
▪️Collaborate with the culinary and marketing teams to execute events and promotions.
▪️Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
Qualifications:
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role in hospitality (resort, beach club, or fine dining experience preferred).
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Customer-oriented with a passion for service excellence.
✅ Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
✅ Fluent in English (verbal and written).
✅ Willing to be based in Kuta, Lombok.
