Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Lunyuk. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control, including the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost reporting, and cost management. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing cost estimates, monitoring project budgets, assessing project progress, and ensuring that all financial and contractual aspects of construction projects are managed effectively.

Qualifications

Skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning

Experience in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed cost reports

Strong analytical and numerical skills for accurate cost reporting

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for cost management

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

Experience in the construction industry is a plus
