Job Summary
The Dynamic Worker Support Operator is responsible for monitoring and supporting field activity tracking through the Dynamic Worker Support (DWS) tool. This role ensures that health workers’ routes, check-ins, and issue reporting are accurately captured and responded to in real time, enabling smoother field operations and data reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor check-in/check-out logs, route completion, and alerts via the DWS dashboard.
2. Provide real-time troubleshooting support for health workers or staffs experiencing issues with the app (e.g., sync failures, GPS problems).
3. Ensure accurate reporting of field activities by flagging and following up on missing or suspicious entries.
4. Coordinate with district teams and digital support staff to escalate and resolve technical or operational issues.
5. Document usage trends and recurring issues to support system improvement and user training.
Location & Timeline
Location: Purbalingga and Lombok Barat.
