QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within hotel/villa operations.
Experience in F&B Operations and Sales is an advantage.
Excellent problem solving abilities and capable of making sound decisions under pressure or in emergency situations.
Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS), basic financial reporting, and operational administration.
Capable of preparing and supervising daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Knowledgeable in check-in/check-out procedures, hotel maintenance, and housekeeping standards.
Familiar with online booking channels (OTAs) and digital marketing platforms.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Disciplined, honest, and able to work effectively under pressure.
