Lowongan Kerja Native-Speaking English Teacher (Expatriate) di Mandalika Intercultural School Kuta Pujut Lombok Tengah NTB (Yayasan Rinjani Indah)
Mandalika Intercultural School is seeking a passionate and qualified Expert/Native English Teacher to join our diverse learning community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students across Primary and Secondary levels, fostering an engaging and student-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum
Create engaging, age-appropriate, and differentiated learning activities
Develop students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in English
Prepare and assess student progress through formative and summative assessments
Collaborate with colleagues to support interdisciplinary learning
Provide regular feedback and communicate effectively with students and parents
Set up and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment
Contribute to school events, celebrations, and co-curricular programs
Support student well-being and behavior management in line with school policies
Requirements:
Native English speaker are welcome to apply
Minimum Bachelor's degree (Education or English-related major preferred)
Teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in international or bilingual schools
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Passion for teaching and working with children from diverse backgrounds
Flexible, open-minded, and a team player
Familiarity with international curricula (Cambridge, IB, etc.) is an advantage
